Located just a block and a half from the beach, this B&B offers a great place to stay. Plus, the area is surrounded by pretty Victorian houses. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and some even have antique furniture and radios. Guests can also enjoy a cozy fireplace in the common area and a beautiful porch. Breakfast is delicious and flexible. Tired travelers can cozy up by the fire pit on the back porch.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming B&B just a block from the beach in Avon. The room on the third floor was adorable and had a clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. The inn had a lovely porch and a fire pit on the back porch for a cozy evening with wine. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Victorian houses in the area. I also appreciated the beach towels and chairs provided. I highly recommend this B&B.

Perfect for a weekend beach getaway! Location is unbeatable, just a block away from the beach and surrounded by charming Victorian houses. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus, the towels, beach chairs, and beach pass provided by the hotel made our beach experience a lot easier.

Just had a fantastic Christmas weekend away and want to shout about it! they provided us with complimentary bikes to ride around the area which was awesome. the location was spot on, really close to the beach and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. And thirdly, we couldn't get enough of the cozy fireplace in our room - perfect for warming up after chilly walks.

Honestly can't think of anything negative to say. Everything was delightful and beyond our expectations.

We loved our stay! The hotel's proximity to the beach was superb. We were able to walk to the beach effortlessly which was the highlight of our trip. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great with free bikes and comfortable seating areas. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very friendly.
